At Artworks by Rae, we strive to delight our clients with our custom artworks, stickers, and products. However, we understand that there may be instances when a client needs to return a product. In such cases, we have a set of guidelines for returns that are reasonable and fair to both parties.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for artworks, stickers, and products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. We will not accept returns simply because of personal reasons or a change of mind about the design or package. Once the artwork has been approved by the client, it is considered final, and we will not accept returns for any reason, except for defects or damage.
- Return Process
If the client receives a damaged or defective product, they must notify us within three (3) business days of receipt. We will require proof of damage or defect, such as photographs or video. Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the client’s preference.
- Ownership of Artwork
Until payment is received in full, Artworks by Rae shall remain the legal owner of the artwork. In the event that the client needs to return the artwork because of damage or defect, it should be returned in the original condition and packaging. In the event that the client returns the artwork for personal or unreasonable reasons, they will be required to pay the full amount agreed upon, and the artwork may not be used in any form.
- Refund and Replacement
If the client returns a damaged or defective product, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the client’s preference. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of the receipt of the returned product. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client.
